LOS ANGELES, CA (July 26, 2021) – Trusted for more than 16 years, Black Rhino Expeditions (BRE) has been introducing countless thrill-seekers to the natural beauty of Death Valley, Moab, and the Colorado Rockies. Have an itch to test yourself on an off-road tour on backroads and in the wilderness? BRE is now taking enrollment for their Death Valley, Moab and Rocky Mountain Expeditions.

“There’s no better way to get the thrill of adrenaline than a drive through these treasured natural landscapes,” says Expedition Leader Frank Buddenbrock. “We’ll teach you about Death Valley, the Rocky Mountains and the trails in Moab, Utah, plus train you how to safely operate your 4-wheel drive vehicle so that you get the most out of it. You’ll be amazed at what your vehicle can do!”

Expeditions are 4- and 5-day vehicle-dependent adventure trips through some of the most exciting wilderness areas ever seen. Participants will be joined by Allan Shareghi, a U.S. Department of the Interior geologist, who will share his unique knowledge of the land and history while participants learn important desert survival skills and engage in off-road training in their vehicles. The Expeditions are all-inclusive events – accommodations and meals, excluding alcohol, and gasoline, are included.

Black Rhino Expeditions was named for Frank’s love of the rhinoceros. The company donates a portion of their proceeds to Save The Rhino, a UK-based organization that works to conserve the black rhino population in Africa and Asia. Frank’s team has also been responsible for saving the lives of numerous stranded travelers, coordinating rescue operations via ham radio and GPS tracking after encountering them in the harsh terrain. These lucky encounters have been chronicled by Frank and are soon to be published.
